These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when shopping at the yokla.sk online store. They are based primarily on the Slovak Civil Code, Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection, and Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling.

II. Conclusion of the purchase contract
The purchase contract is formed when the buyer submits a binding order and the seller confirms it. Orders can be placed without registration, as a guest — creating an account is optional and mainly useful for tracking order history and speeding up future checkouts. After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation e-mail with the order number and payment details.
III. Price and payment terms
Prices shown in the shop are excluding VAT; VAT (standard rate 23%) is added at checkout based on the billing details provided. A foreign company with a valid EU VAT number in another member state purchases under the reverse-charge mechanism, without VAT.
Payment is made by bank transfer in advance, using the details (IBAN and variable symbol) sent in the order confirmation. Goods are shipped once payment is received in our account.

A detailed description of shipping methods and prices is available on the Delivery Terms page. Delivery time depends on product availability and is confirmed by e-mail after the order is placed.
V. Right of withdrawal (14 days) — consumers only
The 14-day, no-reason-required right of withdrawal under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. applies exclusively to consumers — that is, customers purchasing as private individuals outside the scope of their business activity. If you purchase on a company ID (IČO), this right does not apply to you by law and the seller is not obliged to grant it; any withdrawal request from a business customer is assessed individually, by mutual agreement.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us with an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail to info@yokla.sk), electronically via the electronic withdrawal form, or use the downloadable sample form as a PDF and send it to us by post or in person.
The goods must be returned or handed over in person to Novozámocká 909/31, 946 51 Nesvady no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We will refund the purchase price, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method we offer, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice — but not before the goods are returned to us or proof of their return is provided.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or custom-made goods (§7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.).
VI. Liability for defects, complaints

VII. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, solely to the extent needed to process orders and, where consent was given, to send newsletters. Details are available on the Cookies & Privacy page.
VIII. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you have the right to ask us for redress. If we reject your request or fail to respond within 30 days, you have the right to file a request for alternative dispute resolution with the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, www.soi.sk, or through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
IX. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of publication and apply to orders placed from that date onward. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms; any amendment does not affect contracts already concluded.
