Electronic Withdrawal from Contract

If you are a consumer (purchasing as a private individual, not on a company ID), under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This form is an electronic alternative to withdrawing by post — fill it in and send it to us directly here. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to customers purchasing on a company ID (IČO).
